What you need

dash granola

fl oz lemon juice

cup kefir

fl oz orange juice

dash coconut oil

vanilla bean
cup raw honey
Instructions
1. Toss chopped peaches with coconut oil and roast at 400°F for about 45 minutes, or until soft and golden. 2. Freeze the roasted peaches overnight or until solid. 3. Blend frozen peaches, kefir, honey, citrus juice, and vanilla in a food processor until creamy. 4. Spread into a container and if firmer texture is needed, freeze for 2–3 hours to firm up. 5. Scoop, top with your favorite granola, and enjoy
