tsp psyllium husk

tbsp parmesan cheese

tbsp almond flour

egg white

tsp apple cider vinegar

splash avocado oil

tbsp cottage cheese

cup rotisserie chicken

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Spray your donut pan lightly with avocado oil to prevent sticking. 3. Add chicken, egg whites, cottage cheese, parmesan, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, vinegar, and psyllium to a food processor. Pulse until it forms a thick, sticky paste (about 10–20 seconds). Scrape down sides if needed. 4. Check texture. If too thick, add a tiny bit more cottage cheese. If too loose, add a bit more almond flour or psyllium. 5. Fill the donut pan with the mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Smooth tops with damp fingers or a spatula. 6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top and gently press it in. 7. Spray one more light coat of avocado oil over the seasoning to prevent burning. 8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra browning. 9. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to finish setting up.
