cup cashew milk

tsp vanilla extract

pinch fine sea salt

fl oz water

tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
1. Sift the Matchastick into a small bowl to remove clumps. 2. Add 2 oz of 180°F water and whisk vigorously with a chasen for about 60 seconds, until frothy. 3. In a glass filled with ice, combine cashew milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. 4. Pour in the whisked matcha. Stir, sip, and enjoy.
