What you need
tsp lemon zest
cup arugula

fresh figs
tbsp balsamic glaze

pinch fine sea salt
oz burrata

tbsp olive oil
cup cane sugar

tbsp pistachio nuts
Instructions
1. Slice figs into thin rounds (about ¼ inch). 2. Sprinkle organic cane sugar on top of each slice, enough to cover. 3. Brûlée with a butane torch until the sugar melts and bubbles. 4. On your board, layer it up: Raw fig slice, a piece of burrata, brûléed fig on top, then finish with olive oil, balsamic, arugula, lemon zest, pistachios, and a sprinkle of salt + pepper.
