1: Preheat your oven to 200°F. 2: Blend the strawberries, juice of half a lime, and 1/4 cup honey. 3: Blend the pineapple, juice of half a lime, and 1/4 cup honey. 4: Combine the purees in a pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. 5: Bake for 4 to 6 hours, until the fruit leather is dry to the touch.
