1: Cut the dragonfruits in half and scoop out flesh. 2: Freeze 2 cups of the dragonfruit flesh as well as the rinds to be used as bowls. 3: Add the frozen dragonfruit flesh, frozen strawberries, Lifeway kefir, and honey to a food processor and blend. 4: (Optional) For firmer ice cream consistency, place in freezer for 40 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes. 5: Scoop the nice cream back into the dragonfruit rinds. 6: Enjoy.View original recipe
