Instructions
1: Slice off the top of the Sugar Baby watermelon to create a lid. Carefully scoop out the flesh, ensuring the outer shell remains intact. Set the shell aside. 2: Place the scooped watermelon flesh and quartered strawberries into a large pan, along with the lemon juice, honey, and agar agar. Use an immersion blender to purée the mixture until smooth. 3: Place the pan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer for about 2-3 minutes to ensure the agar agar is fully dissolved and activated. 4: Remove the mixture from heat. Carefully pour the hot jello mixture back into the hollowed-out watermelon shell. If necessary, use a sieve to ensure the mixture is smooth and free of any large pieces. 5: Place the filled watermelon shell in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 3-4 hours, or until the jello is firm and set. 6: Once set, slice the watermelon into wedges and serve chilled.View original recipe
