Instructions
1: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the walnuts, stirring frequently to avoid burning. 2: Blend walnuts in a food processor until finely ground. 3: Add coconut milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, salt, and Lion’s Mane mushroom extract to the food processor and blend well. 4: Freeze the mixture in an ice tray (you might need two trays). 5: Blend the frozen cubes in a food processor using the rotary grater attachment until smooth. 6: Scoop and enjoy as is or top with cinnamon.View original recipe
