Drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with thyme, salt, and pepper, it’s roasted to perfection and finished with chicken bone broth, honey, and smoked paprika for a comforting flavor. Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2: Toss the tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, and red bell pepper into your Dutch oven. 3: Drizzle with olive oil, season with thyme, salt, and pepper. 4: Roast everything uncovered for about 1 hour until soft and slightly charred. 5: Pull it out of the oven, add chicken bone broth, honey, and smoked paprika. Blend it smooth with an immersion blender. 6: Taste it, season as needed, and let it simmer on low for 10–15 minutes. 7: Stir in the cream and chopped basil (and chili flakes if you’d like some more heat). 8: Ladle it up, garnish with a swirl of cream and basil, and enjoy.View original recipe
