Instructions
1: Add yogurt, Truvani protein powder, cacao powder, maple syrup, and sea salt to a food processor. Blend in the frozen bananas using the grater attachment. 2: Transfer nice cream to a new container and put in the freezer for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes for a firmer consistency. 3: Scoop nice cream onto parchment paper, individual scoops. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes. 4: Remove one scoop at a time from the freezer, add almond slivers to form pinecone scales, and return to the freezer. 5: Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil by heating in a double boiler (or heat in the microwave in 30 second increments). 6: Remove the pinecones from the freezer and coat with melted chocolate, and then return to the freezer before serving. 7: Optional: top with powdered sugar or monk fruit powder.View original recipe
