tbsp cashew butter

1: Add the pears to a dutch oven or baking sheet. 2: Combine with coconut oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 3: Cook at 425°F until soft and caramelized. Flip after 20 minutes and then cook for about 10 more minutes. 4: Allow pears to cool and add to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze overnight. 5: Combine all ingredients in a food processor - pears, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, vanilla extract, Lifeway kefir, squeeze of lemon, cashew butter, salt - and blend. 6: (Optional) For a firmer ice cream texture, transfer to a bowl and freeze for 45 minutes (stirring after 20 minutes). 7: Scoop and garnish with cinnamon. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
