1: In a food processor, combine the frozen bananas, coconut cream, Manuka honey, vanilla collagen powder, and vanilla extract. 2: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy for about 2-3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary. 3: For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For a firmer ice cream texture, transfer to a bowl and freeze for 1 hour, stirring halfway through. 4: Heat 1/2 cup of water to about 175°F (80°C) and sift 2 teaspoons of matcha powder in a small bowl to remove clumps. 5: Pour the hot water over the matcha powder and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk or small electric whisk. 6: Scoop the prepared banana nice cream into a glass or serving bowl and pour the hot matcha over it. 7: Serve immediately and enjoy.View original recipe
