What you need
lemon

cup plain yogurt

tbsp maple syrup

tsp nutmeg

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp cashew butter

apple

tsp vanilla extract

oz granola
Instructions
1: Add the apples to a dutch oven or baking sheet with 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 2: Cook at 450°F for about 50 minutes (stir after 5 minutes and after 25 minutes). 3: Add apples to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 4: Freeze overnight. 5: Add all ingredients to a food processor (except for the frozen apples). 6: Blend in the frozen apples using the rotary grater attachment of your food processor (if you don’t have this you can just add the apples directly in with the other ingredients, but you might have to stir a few times to get a smooth consistency). 7: For a firmer ice cream texture, transfer to a bowl and freeze for 45 minutes (stirring after 20 minutes), or use a cold stone. 8: Scoop and coat with @nutrail Cinnamon Pecan Nut Granola. 9: Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy!View original recipe
