This colorful, creamy smoothie bowl is stacked with healthy superfoods and sweet summer flavors, made with fruit, coconut cream, and functional boosts. A refreshing dish perfect for summer, served in a melon rind for a fun twist.

1: Blend melon flesh, coconut cream, honey, and collagen in a food processor. Spread into a bowl or tray for Layer 1. 2: For Layer 2, blend frozen dragonfruit, coconut cream, pomegranate powder, honey, lemon juice, and collagen until smooth. Layer on top of the first smoothie and freeze. 3: For Layer 3, blend frozen bananas, coconut cream, honey, collagen, vanilla extract, and blue spirulina until smooth. Layer on top of the others and freeze again. 4: (Optional) Let it firm up, then scoop into the melon rind for serving.
