A refreshing and healthy nice cream made with frozen peaches, coconut cream, and fresh basil. Perfect for a dessert on a warm day, this recipe includes optional flavors like lemon juice and vanilla extract to enhance the taste.

1: Prepare the Basil Infusion. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the fresh basil leaves. Let it steep for 20 minutes, then remove the basil leaves. Chill the infused coconut cream in the refrigerator. 2: Blend the Ingredients. In a food processor, combine the frozen peaches, coconut cream, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. 3: To get a firmer ice cream texture, transfer the nice cream to another container and put in the freezer for 1 hour (mixing after 30 minutes). Or, use a cold stone. 4: Scoop and garnish with basil. Optional: scoop into half of a fresh peach as a bowl.
