A super easy and healthy taco recipe featuring sweet potatoes and grass-fed ground beef, topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, and hot sauce, served with tortilla chips.

1: Bake the sweet potatoes at 400°F for about 40 minutes until fork-tender. 2: While they’re baking, cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. 3: Once browned, mix in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions. 4: Once the sweet potatoes are done, cut them in half and fluff the inside with a fork. 5: Top each potato with the seasoned beef, a spoonful of guac, pico de gallo, and a drizzle of hot sauce. 6: Serve with a side of tortilla chips and dig in.
